Digital products

Our products are digital and delivered immediately. Under UK consumer law, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to digital content once download or access has begun and you have agreed to that — you confirm this agreement at checkout.

Our goodwill guarantee

If a product is faulty, not as described, or you are unhappy, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will review a refund or replacement.

How refunds are handled

Refunds are processed via our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, back to your original payment method.
